How to Install MIUI 12 in Redmi Note 5 pro

MIUI 12 is launched and if you want to install in your Redmi note 5 pro then here is the process. This is china version and you will not get global version here. But i will give you guide for installing Google apps (gapps) also. The process is just of few minutes so get ready with your PC and everything

MIUI 12 is new UI from redmi and its very amazing because similar to iOS this time. This is just they given control centre and notification panel like iPhone. Also new lockscreen and live wallpaper making its amazing. The animations are amazing and icon have also some new animations. The new MIUI 12 has new text sizes and text weight and have amazing design. Just watch some photos above.

So lets begin with how to install guide

How to install MIUI 12 in Redmi note 5 pro

You must need-

• Unlocked boot loader
• TWRP recovery
• MIUI 12 zip file
• Google apk installer (links are given in guide below)

If you bootloader is locked or no TWRP recovery then please read click here to read the guide
STEP 1- Download the MIUI 12 Zip file
You need to download the MIUI 12 file because you need to install it on your device. The file size id 1.9GB. This is china version and have some apps in language

STEP 2- Open TWRP recovery and install the update

1. To open TWRP recovery you need to press volume up and power button simultaneously for 30 seconds.
2. Now click on Wipe data
3. Select Wipe and select all the options shown in image and slide to wipe data
4. After that press come back and click on Install
5. Now you will find the downloaded zip file, just click on that and install
6. Now after installation finishes the click on wipe data and just slide right and do not select anything
7. Click on reboot and unselect install TWRP image if not installed
8. Now your phone will turn on in MIUI 12
9. To install Google apps just install Google apk installer twodotzero
10. Now you playstore will be installed and you can install other apps from there.

So this is the simplest way to install MIUI 12 on Redmi Note  5 pro. If you will face any error then tell me comments . Also do not install if you don’t kow much about this. This is beta roms and have some bugs. So don’t install thinking its stable. You can wait for global release or stable release from redmi.
